Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- Oil for frying
- Salt and black pepper.
Preparation
- Peel shrimp and rinse in water.
- Preheat fryer to 350°F.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Separate egg white from yolk. Dredge shrimp in flour, dig into egg white and cover with coconut.
- Fry shrimp for about 5 minutes.
- Baste with lemon.
- Serve with cucumber sauce.

- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 smashed garlic cloves
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped dill
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
- Stir corn, eggs, milk, flour and salt in bowl.
- Prepare medium heat pan with oil.
- Drop mixture into hot pan forming small fritters. Fry fritters for about one minute. Turn them over and fry fritters until they are gold.
- Drain on paper towels and cool fritters.
- Rub dill, parsley and black pepper in big bowl and roll fritters in mixture.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
- Serve with cold beer.

- Stir eggs, milk, flour, salt and sugar in bowl. Add corn.

- Drop one tablespoon of the mixture into hot pan. Touch lightly to form fritter.
- Fry each side one or two minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

- 1 cup grated cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion

- Mix crabmeat, cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Preheat oven to 300°F-350°F degrees.
- Bake in oven in baking dish for about half an hour.
- Sprinkle with green onion.
- Serve with crackers.

- 4 cups sour cream
- 3 cups ketchup
- 2 smashed garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
Preparation
- Mix sour cream with ketchup in a bowl.
- Add chili pepper and garlic. Keep mixing sauce.
- Add onion and parsley. Mix everything again.
- Refrigerate one hour before serving.

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- Oil for frying
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Dip pork chops in mixture, then in breadcrumbs.
- Pour oil on pan. Place chops in the pan.
- Bake chops for about 20 minutes on each side.

- Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
- Season chops with salt and pepper. Pour oil on cold pan. Place chops in the pan.
- Place two or three onion and tomato slices on each chop. Strew grated cheese over pork chops.

- Heat 5 tablespoons oil in a wok. Add chicken, chilli and salt. Stir-fry 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms. Cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add zucchini and onions. Stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Serve with brown or white rice.

- 1 eggplant

- 4 frozen lobster tails
- 2 lemons

Preparation
- Put lobsters into boiling water for about a minute.
- Remove lobsters from water. Split tails in half. Place lobster tails in pot, squeeze lemons, season with salt and pepper. Marinate one or two hours.
- Spread butter on tails and baste with lemon.
- Prepare medium heat grill.
- Place tails on the grill with shell-side first. Grill them for about 5 minutes. Turn them over and grill for about 3 minutes.
- Serve with melted butter.

- 1 boneless pork loin (1.5 pounds)
- 9 large chopped garlic cloves
- 2 lemons
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Place loin in pot. Squeeze lemons. Add garlic, pepper, salt and oil. Marinate 2-3 hours.
- Heat a grill. Place pork on grill. Cook slowly for an half an hour. Pour marinade over pork occasionally.
- Cut pork into slices and serve with salad.
