- 1 package ramen noodles
- Sliced red pepper
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Place ramen noodles in a bowl and crunch up them.
- Add pepper, carrot, onion and seeds. Coat with vegetable oil and vinegar.
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for about one hour before serving.
