Chinese salad with ramen noodles

Ingredients
  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • Sliced red pepper
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
  • Place ramen noodles in a bowl and crunch up them.
  • Add pepper, carrot, onion and seeds. Coat with vegetable oil and vinegar.
  • Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for about one hour before serving.
