Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into strips
- Oil for stir-frying
- 3 green sliced onions
- 1 small cup broccoli florets
- 1 small cup mushrooms
- 1 small cup sliced zucchini
- 1 small cup sliced celery
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
Preparation
- Heat 5 tablespoons oil in a wok. Add chicken, chilli and salt. Stir-fry 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms. Cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add zucchini and onions. Stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Serve with brown or white rice.
