Stir-fried chicken with greens

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into strips
  • Oil for stir-frying
  • 3 green sliced onions
  • 1 small cup broccoli florets
  • 1 small cup mushrooms
  • 1 small cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 small cup sliced celery
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
Preparation
  • Heat 5 tablespoons oil in a wok. Add chicken, chilli and salt. Stir-fry 5 minutes.
  • Add broccoli and mushrooms. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Add zucchini and onions. Stir-fry 3 minutes.
  • Serve with brown or white rice.
