Ingredients
- 2 cups drained corn
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 smashed garlic cloves
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped dill
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
- Stir corn, eggs, milk, flour and salt in bowl.
- Prepare medium heat pan with oil.
- Drop mixture into hot pan forming small fritters. Fry fritters for about one minute. Turn them over and fry fritters until they are gold.
- Drain on paper towels and cool fritters.
- Rub dill, parsley and black pepper in big bowl and roll fritters in mixture.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
- Serve with cold beer.
