Spicy corn fritters for beer

Ingredients
  • 2 cups drained corn
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 smashed garlic cloves
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Vegetable oil
Preparation
  • Stir corn, eggs, milk, flour and salt in bowl.
  • Prepare medium heat pan with oil.
  • Drop mixture into hot pan forming small fritters. Fry fritters for about one minute. Turn them over and fry fritters until they are gold.
  • Drain on paper towels and cool fritters.
  • Rub dill, parsley and black pepper in big bowl and roll fritters in mixture.
  • Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
  • Serve with cold beer.
