Roasted pork loin with garlic

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds boneless pork loin
  • 5 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
  • Season pork with salt and pepper. Rub garlic and oil all over pork. Marinate for one hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F - 400°F.
  • Place pork loin on pan. Roast for about 30 minutes. Turn pork over and roast for another 30 minutes. Baste with juices from roasting pan occasionally.
  • Serve with barbecue sauce.
