- 2 pounds boneless pork loin
- 5 crushed cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Season pork with salt and pepper. Rub garlic and oil all over pork. Marinate for one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F - 400°F.
- Place pork loin on pan. Roast for about 30 minutes. Turn pork over and roast for another 30 minutes. Baste with juices from roasting pan occasionally.
- Serve with barbecue sauce.
