- 1 boneless pork loin (1.5 pounds)
- 9 large chopped garlic cloves
- 2 lemons
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Place loin in pot. Squeeze lemons. Add garlic, pepper, salt and oil. Marinate 2-3 hours.
- Heat a grill. Place pork on grill. Cook slowly for an half an hour. Pour marinade over pork occasionally.
- Cut pork into slices and serve with salad.
