Ingredients
- 4 frozen lobster tails
- 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Butter
Preparation
- Put lobsters into boiling water for about a minute.
- Remove lobsters from water. Split tails in half. Place lobster tails in pot, squeeze lemons, season with salt and pepper. Marinate one or two hours.
- Spread butter on tails and baste with lemon.
- Prepare medium heat grill.
- Place tails on the grill with shell-side first. Grill them for about 5 minutes. Turn them over and grill for about 3 minutes.
- Serve with melted butter.
