Grilled lobster tails

Ingredients
  • 4 frozen lobster tails
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Butter
Preparation
  • Put lobsters into boiling water for about a minute.
  • Remove lobsters from water. Split tails in half. Place lobster tails in pot, squeeze lemons, season with salt and pepper. Marinate one or two hours.
  • Spread butter on tails and baste with lemon.
  • Prepare medium heat grill.
  • Place tails on the grill with shell-side first. Grill them for about 5 minutes. Turn them over and grill for about 3 minutes.
  • Serve with melted butter.
