- 2 cups drained corn
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Vegetable oil
- Stir eggs, milk, flour, salt and sugar in bowl. Add corn.
- Preheat pan with oil.
- Drop one tablespoon of the mixture into hot pan. Touch lightly to form fritter.
- Fry each side one or two minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
