Easy corn fritter recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups drained corn
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Vegetable oil
Preparation
  • Stir eggs, milk, flour, salt and sugar in bowl. Add corn.
  • Preheat pan with oil.
  • Drop one tablespoon of the mixture into hot pan. Touch lightly to form fritter.
  • Fry each side one or two minutes.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
