Deep fried shrimp recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Oil for frying
Preparation
  • Peel shrimp from shell then rinse in water. Season with salt.
  • Preheat fryer to 350°F.
  • Separate egg white from yolk. Dredge shrimp in flour then dig into egg white. (You may mix flour with egg white.)
  • Place shrimps into fryer. Fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Baste with lemon before serving.
