- 1 pound large shrimp
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- Oil for frying
- Peel shrimp from shell then rinse in water. Season with salt.
- Preheat fryer to 350°F.
- Separate egg white from yolk. Dredge shrimp in flour then dig into egg white. (You may mix flour with egg white.)
- Place shrimps into fryer. Fry for about 5 minutes.
- Baste with lemon before serving.
