Beef cube steak with grilled vegetables

Ingredients
  • 2 beef steaks
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 4 sliced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ pounds of cheese
  • Vegetable oil
Preparation
  • Slice zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes. Smash garlic and spread on vegetables.
  • Brush the steaks with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Prepare medium heat grill.
  • Grill steaks 20 – 25 minutes turning occasionally. Remove steaks from grill.
  • Place vegetables on grill and cook for about 2 minutes. Turn vegetables over and grill for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve with grated cheese.
