Ingredients
- 2 beef steaks
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 4 sliced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ pounds of cheese
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
- Slice zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes. Smash garlic and spread on vegetables.
- Brush the steaks with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare medium heat grill.
- Grill steaks 20 – 25 minutes turning occasionally. Remove steaks from grill.
- Place vegetables on grill and cook for about 2 minutes. Turn vegetables over and grill for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with grated cheese.
