- 4 pork chops
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- Oil for frying
- Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Dip pork chops in mixture, then in breadcrumbs.
- Pour oil on pan. Place chops in the pan.
- Bake chops for about 20 minutes on each side.
- Serve with salad.
