Baked pork chops in breadcrumbs

Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • Oil for frying
Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
  • Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Dip pork chops in mixture, then in breadcrumbs.
  • Pour oil on pan. Place chops in the pan.
  • Bake chops for about 20 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with salad.
